A fun, safe, and encouraging youth learning experience for new shooters

Moms and Dads, we all want our kids to learn about firearms so that they learn how vitally important safety is and we want them to have fun too. It doesn’t matter if you have never shot a gun before, or if you’ve already been shooting before, our goal is to get all students started on the right track. That is exactly why this event was created.
Bring your kids to a fun day full of safe firearms instruction, where we will teach using both in-classroom and at-the-range learning. We’ll even all do lunch together between instruction blocks. We strive to provide a positive experience your kids will remember forever. They’ll learn and master each of the rules of gun safety, why we need to respect firearms, how firearms operate, safe firearms handling skills, and then they’ll get an opportunity to experience hands-on shooting time at the range with an experienced group of firearms instructors and shooters. The encouraging learning environment will provide the foundation necessary for kids to safely begin using firearms so that they can enjoy a lifetime of safe, responsible, fun with guns.

Attendance Requirements and Pre-registration
- Ages: for youth students only (Ages 12-16 ideally).
- Students must be capable of listening, and following safety instructions of instructors.
- Pre-registration is required
- Parent accompaniment: Each student is required to have one (1) parent/guardian in attendance with them (or one parent/legal guardian per family)
- Family limit: Maximum two (2) youth students per family to ensure as many families as possible have a chance to attend
- You must do the sign-up (add to cart and check out) a second time for a second student. Any sign-ups more than 2 per family will be canceled.
- Total student limit: Our event is limited to twenty-five (25) students total
Equipment provided: We’ll provide all necessary equipment for the event: firearms, ammo, and hearing+eye protection
Clothing/Attire: comfortable layered clothing, short sleeve and long sleeve shirts and pants, closed toe shoes/boots (no sandals). Please bring weather appropriate gear as needed including sunscreen, hat, rain jacket or other weather appropriate outer layer (weather dependent).
